Order Processing

Orders placed through our website will be processed within 1–2 business days from the date of confirmation (subject to product availability).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you by email or phone as soon as possible and provide an expected dispatch date.
Shipping Regions & Carriers

We currently ship within India only.

We use trusted courier/service partners for delivery.

Shipping to remote or hard-to-reach locations may incur additional transit time.
Shipping Time

For most orders, delivery is expected within 4–10 business days after dispatch.

You will receive shipment/tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Charges

Standard shipping rate (to be defined) will apply unless we run a free-shipping promotion.

Multiple Shipments & Splits

If your order contains multiple items and they are dispatched from different warehouses, we may ship them separately.

In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and the charges (if any) will be clearly communicated.
Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (or SMS) with your tracking number and courier partner details.

You can use this information to track your delivery via the courier’s website/app.
Delivery Try and Transfer of Risk

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

Upon delivery, please check the package condition before signing/accepting.

After the package is accepted and signed for, the risk passes to you.
Failed Delivery / Re-Delivery

If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available, the package may be returned to the local depot.

Re-delivery may incur additional cost.

If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, you will be contacted to arrange re-dispatch (which may incur charge).
Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please refuse it or accept it with “damaged” noted and notify us within 24 hours.

For lost shipments, please contact us with your order number; we will work with the courier to trace it.

We may require photos or evidence of damage/loss to process any refund or replacement.
International Shipping

At present we do not ship internationally (outside India). If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.
